Tech Note 1: Axle Shaft Parts
When replacing the factory Auto Hub with Manual Hubs, the factory Axle Shaft Thrust Washers and Snap Rings located on the outer axle shafts at the end of the spindles are reused.

Tech Note 2: Spindle Nuts
For the 1983-1989 Ford Ranger and 1984-1990 Bronco II, replacing the factory Auto Hubs also requires changing the spindle nuts. Order (2) QK4768 Spindle Nut Kits separately.
